  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

A) Reservations:

All reservations must be made 48 hours prior to departure date and time. D) Changes:

E) Cancellations:

If the reservation is canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the day of departure, CanaryIslandTransfer offer a 50% bonus of the transfer amount. Cancellations that arrive in less than 24 hours will not be accepted, as the short time would not change the next day’s planning and the cancellation would cause losses. F) Bus service (shared transfers):

BAGGAGE ACCEPTED BY PERSON:

G) Pick up at the airport:

The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with the name of the customer for 60 minutes after the official arrival time of the flight, so the customer has enough time to retrieve his luggage. H) Pick up at other places:

The driver will wait for the client at the address and time indicated on the reservation. We asked the guests to wait outside on the street with their luggage. I) Standby time:

– At the Airport up to 60 minutes maximum from the time of arrival of the flight.

– At train or bus stations and ports, up to 30 minutes maximum from the time indicated on the reservation.

– In hotels and similar private addresses, or other places not mentioned before, a maximum of 15 minutes of the time indicated in the reservation.

If, after the specified waiting time, the customer does not appear, the reservation is deemed to have been made and the customer will not be entitled to the refund, additional expenses, compensation, etc.

 

J) luggage.

A large bag (max. 20 kg) and one piece of luggage (bag, backpack) per person are included in the transfer price. Hand luggage is transported in the vehicle. K) Vehicles:

CanaryIslandTransfer informs you that it is strictly prohibited to smoke or consume alcohol in our vehicles. The provider reserves the right to refuse transfer to persons who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotics.

 

L) Additional stops:
